General Lee Cursor

After Downloading the file "Gen.exe", simply double click the file and follow the instructions. Then go to your "Start" button then up to "Settings" then to "Control Panels". Double click the "Mouse" icon. Now at the top of the "Mouse Properties" windows you'll see a tab called "Pointers", click that tab. Now you'll see a list of all your current cursors, click the "Busy" cursor, now click "Browse". Now go to the Cursors directory(c:\windows\cursors) when you see a file called "Gen" doulbe click it. Now you've got a General Lee cursor replacing that dumb old Hour glass!
